Chipotle founder Steve Ells steps down from board, CEO Niccol adds chairman title

Chipotle Mexican Grill founder Steve Ells has stepped down from the chain’s board and relinquished his title of government chairman immediately after recent CEO Brian Niccol was named chairman.
