Delta warns second-quarter revenue to fall $10 billion because of coronavirus

Delta Air Lines CEO warned Friday that the airline’s second-quarter revenue will be down 80% — or $10 billion — from the very same quarter a calendar year ago for the reason that of coronavirus.

Executives say need has collapsed because of the health issues, forcing them to stimulate employees to acquire unpaid depart. The carriers are on edge and are betting on a federal government bailout to help soften the blow of the disease’s impression on their organization.
