Tesla’s North America HR leader Valerie Workman despatched an e-mail to personnel on Wednesday morning encouraging them to come function, promising they would not be “docked” points in efficiency evaluations if they chose to stay dwelling, and outlining why the Fremont manufacturing unit and other facilities are up and working amid a COVID-19 pandemic in and past California.
The e mail says Tesla has obtained conflicting advice from unique concentrations of authorities amid the pandemic.
