The U.S. Equal Work Prospect Fee has opened an investigation into Google for pregnancy discrimination towards an employee, according to elements considered by CNBC.
Chelsey Glasson, a former consumer experience researcher who labored at Alphabet’s Google for five yrs, wrote an internal memo that went viral final summer time known as “I am Not Returning to Google Soon after Maternity Leave, and Below is Why.” In it, she alleged her supervisor manufactured discriminatory remarks about pregnant gals.
