Prince Andrew refuses to cooperate in Jeffrey Epstein probe

Britain’s Prince Andrew is refusing to support federal prosecutors investigating alleged kid sex trafficking by his just one-time good friend Jeffrey Epstein — and those people prosecutors are “now contemplating our selections,” NBC Information claimed Monday.

Andrew, who is a son of Queen Elizabeth II, in November claimed he was prepared to enable law-enforcement officers in their continuing investigations of Epstein, a wealthy investor who killed himself in a federal jail previous August while awaiting demo.

But U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman informed NBC News that the Duke of York has closed the door to voluntarily cooperating with investigators from his workplace.

Andrew has “entirely shut the door on voluntary cooperation,” Berman reported.

“Our place of work is thinking about our alternatives,” Berman, who heads the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, told NBC News.

It is not distinct no matter whether Berman would be capable to power Andrew’s cooperation.
