WASHINGTON — The State Department declared on Thursday a level four vacation advisory implementing to all U.S. citizens for global vacation amid the lethal coronavirus outbreak.

The advisory, the greatest of its variety, would instruct all Us citizens abroad to possibly return to the U.S. or get ready to shelter in position. The level four advisory also dictates that People can not travel overseas.
