U.S. Health and Human Products and services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar claimed on Tuesday there will most likely be extra cases of coronavirus in the United States, and he requested a Senate subcommittee to approve $2.5 billion in funding to battle the outbreak after proposing cuts to the department’s price range.

The Trump administration asked Congress for the funding on Monday.
